Joondalup Kerb Tile Project

Recently, Claire has been working with the City of Joondalup as a Ceramic Artist and engaging with the community in the creation of individual ceramic tiles. These will be installed throughout the City in pavements and roadsides. The aim of the project is to enhance the appeal of public spaces in Joondalup and improve the community’s sense of connection to their urban environment.

Over 500 tiles were created during the Joondalup Festival with fellow artists, Denise Brown and Sheryl Chant, they are currently on display at the Joondalup Library from  Tuesday 15 July to Sunday 10 August 2014.
